THE HELP

YOU NEED

WHY INK TYPE
MATTERS

In addition to our high-quality processes, our customer service is what sets us apart from our competitors. We specialize in fast turnaround times, and we're ready to work with you throughout the process to make sure you get the results you're looking for.

When it comes to inks, Ink Farm uses only the best quality products to ensure your images are clear and long-lasting. Many high-volume print shops use cheaper, inferior inks that aren't able to stand the test of time. Our higher quality inks may cost a little more, but they result in a better product you'll be proud to distribute.

PLASTISOL INK

Plastisol is the original, go-to and most cost-efficient ink choice. The ink is cured on top of the fabric and can be felt. It is very opaque and great for dark shirts.

WATER BASED INK

Water based inks are completely absorbed into the fabric making it a great choice for lighter garments. This creates a print that is soft to the touch and will never crack or fade.

DISCHARGE

Discharge ink is a type of water based ink that is used on darker colors, preferably 100% cotton and some 50/50 shirts. This ink allows us to bleach out the existing dye in a shirt and replace it with a color of your choice. There are some limitations (shirt dye color) but it allows for bright prints on dark garments and have no hand at all.
